With a minimum initial amount of $80,000 and flexible timeframes of between 1 and 7 years, you are able to choose how much and for how long you invest.

 

To help suit your income needs, you are also able to choose between interest paid annually or bi-annually.

 

This is NOT market linked. The interest rate you receive is fixed, according to your contract, making it easier for your to manage your own affairs, knowing exactly how much income you will receive and when.

  • Who can apply? 

Anyone who wishes to commit $80,000 or more.

  • Is my money safe? 

Yes. IC is a risk averse company and takes very seriously the responsibility of being the custodian of your funds. 

 

  • What does IC do with the money it receives from me? 

IC has a broad network of companies needing to borrow money for various reasons for differing periods of time. IC, after an extensive vetting process lends funds to safe ventures. 

 

  • What if I need to break my commitment? Can I get my money back early? 

Yes. You are able to request an early release. However, there will be a penalty as IC will need to renegotiate with other related parties at the time. 

 

  • Is this a guaranteed investment? 

IC is not a bank so the term GUARANTEED INVESTMENT cannot be used. You will receive a specific rate of return according to your chosen timeframe. We will enter into a written contract with you that specifies this. We will not break that contract.
